Hello and Welcome
This website is dedicated to the promotion of Mindfulness and Wellbeing. You'll find a number of articles on My Blog to help you on your way. On this page you will also find news of any new and forthcoming self development training programmes. On the events page you will find details of other ongoing courses and training.
If you live in, or near Drogheda in Ireland you are welcome to come along to the Time Out meeting at The Stables, Bachelor's Lane, Drogheda. It's on every Tuesday evening from 7.30pm to 8.30pm.
This meeting provides an opportunity for you to learn to master troublesome thoughts and feelings. It's free of charge but does rely on donations to keep it going for those who need it. if you do decide to come along you are welcome with or without donation.
In the mean time if you are troubled by thoughts or feeling sad or anxious about anything try the following three steps:
1, Name it. 2, Share it. 3, Replace it.
You will find an article on My Blog which will help you use these steps.
Remember its ok to think your thoughts and feel your feelings. But its equally important to let go of and replace unhealthy thinking and feelings.
